I am aware that in common areas other customers or companions may take photos or videos of their own group. The establishment does not control or authorize such private recordings and is not responsible for the use third parties may make of such images.
Establishment’s commitment: Upon a justified complaint, staff may request that recording stop if it affects the privacy of individuals who have not given consent, especially minors. Recording minors outside your group without authorization is strictly prohibited.
To enter the play area, footwear must be removed and the non-slip socks required by the center must be worn.
The shoe racks are made available to customers exclusively as a complimentary self-service space.
THE CENTER DOES NOT RECEIVE, IDENTIFY, MONITOR, STORE, SAFEGUARD OR RETURN FOOTWEAR PLACED IN THE SHOE RACKS.
For this reason, use of the shoe racks does not constitute delivery of footwear to the company as a deposit or the contracting of a storage or custody service.
Each user, parent, guardian or responsible adult must retain responsibility and control over their footwear and other personal belongings.
The company shall not be liable for loss, confusion, swaps or removal of footwear by other users when such circumstances are not attributable to an act or omission by the company.
The foregoing is without prejudice to consumers’ non-waivable rights and any liability that may legally apply to the company.
